Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training or certification provided as needed).

Ensure materials are delivered to production lines accurately and on time to support efficient operations.

Perform inventory transactions, including receiving, labeling, and tracking materials to maintain accurate inventory records.

Conduct visual inspections of materials and report any damage, discrepancies, or quality concerns.

Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper material placement according to company standards.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with company and OSHA guidelines.

Collaborate with production, shipping, and receiving teams to meet daily operational goals.

Accurately document material movements and complete required paperwork or system entries.

Promptly report equipment issues, inventory shortages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling role preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work swing shift, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but training may be provided.
