Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Create and post job listings to attract qualified applicants.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates to open positions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records and HR database updates.
- Communicate company policies, expectations, and job details to applicants.
- Support HR compliance and company standards at all times.
- Be available on-call when needed for staffing needs or urgent client requests.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic labor and employment laws.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Must be able to work from the office (not remote).
- Flexible and available as needed for after-hours staffing needs.
