We’re looking for a dedicated, long-term Sales Assistant to join our team and provide direct support to our senior sales staff. This role will be central to keeping proposals, zoning research, scheduling, and CRM/project tracking highly organized as we continue scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Development: Draft, format, and edit sales proposals in coordination with senior sales staff to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and timely delivery.
- Zoning & Code Research: Research municipal sign codes, zoning requirements, and permit guidelines to support sales presentations and project feasibility.
- Schedule Tracking: Maintain project and proposal schedules, track deadlines, and provide regular updates to both the sales and operations teams.
- CRM & Project Tracking: Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system and project tracking software to ensure all client details, follow-ups, and milestones are accurately recorded.
- Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between sales and operations teams to ensure consistent, quality project handoffs, updates, and accountability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales activity reports, track KPIs, and support data entry for leadership reviews.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or project coordination (signage, construction, or design industry experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Unbelievable written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience and ease of navigating website/computer interactions and ability to learn new software in short timeframe.
- Team player with a long-term mindset and career growth ambitions.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
