Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Director role located in Thomasville Ga. The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of the senior living community, ensuring efficient management and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include providing leadership for staff, managing financial operations, fostering resident satisfaction, and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. The role requires strategic planning, maintaining high-quality service standards, and building relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing diverse teams in a senior living or healthcare environment
- Strong operational management skills, including budgeting, financial planning, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and community stakeholders
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Knowledge of senior living or healthcare industry practices, particularly in assisted living and memory care, is highly desirable
- Experience in marketing and community outreach initiatives
