On-site paid training is provided to all new Alarm Dispatchers.
Schedule:
At Legacy Security, we monitor alarms 24/7, including holidays and weekends.
We are hiring multiple candidates for the 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM shifts.
ALL SHIFTS INCLUDE EVERY WEEKEND.
Training Details:
- Paid Training Duration: 2 Weeks
- Training Hours: 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday – Friday
- NEXT TRAINING CLASS STARTS TUESDAY, 01/13
Responsibilities:
- Process emergency signals quickly, professionally, and accurately in high stress situations
- Data entry of new subscribers, updates, and changes to existing customers
- Process inbound Answering Service calls on behalf of customers
- Process inbound calls for Customers or Subscribers regarding emergency signal testing and signal or alarm history
- Low level technical support to assist subscribers with alarms, trouble history and common system issues
- Process inbound calls from Authority Agencies
- Spanish Speaking candidates are a plus!
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
