The profile is specific:
• Recent Accounting Grad up to 1 Year of accounting experience
• Big 4 or Top 10 CPA Internships or Competitive Internship Programs
• 3.5 GPA or Better in your Accounting Degree at a Competitive School
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership
• Strong work ethic and willingness to step up when business demands require it
• Professional, accountable, and motivated to develop rapidly
