Our client is expanding again and adding an Investment Reporting Analyst to serve as a trusted day‑to‑day point of contact for a volume of investors, sitting at the intersection of accounting, reporting, investor relations, and client service.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a primary Fund Administrator contact for investor inquiries
• Maintaining financial reporting systems and investor portals
• Supporting internal & external reporting and preparing investor data
• Coordinating with internal teams on postings, approvals, and communications
• Handling sensitive & confidential financial information with precision

🎯 Background We’re Looking For

• 2 years in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or similar financial services role
• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Proven discretion handling confidential information
• Client service mindset within financial services, alternative investments, or fund administration
