We are looking for a dependable part-time Administrative Assistant to support our office team.
Job duties will include:
- Manage and respond to general office emails.
- Maintain an organized filing system both digital and physical
- Data entry
This will be a part- time position with the potential to move to full-time. Schedule to be determined. 24-32 hours per week M-F.
Work location: Willow Park, TX - In person
Qualifications:We are looking for someone with a good attitude, shows up ready to work, takes ownership in their responsibilities, and isn't afraid to ask questions or jump in when needed.
- Prior office or administrative experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills
