Responsibilities
- Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation activities.
- Conduct weekly meetings with administrators and executors.
- Advise clients and secure signed listing agreements.
- Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
- Maintain and update tasks and activities using Brivity Technology.
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards.
- Actively participate in team activities as per team guidelines.
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
