What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Legacy Pointe Apartments?
Become part of our family, a multistate leader in luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Henderson, NV.
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will perform the following duties:
- Plumbing repairs
- Electric repairs
- Appliance repairs
- Building repairs
- Dry wall, patch and installation
- Slab leaks
- Floor repairs
- Lock and key service including maintenance and re-keying
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Apartment Turnovers
- And any other type of duties as assigned by supervisors
- May be required to work at more than one location
Minimum Qualifications and Expectations:
- At least two to four years of experience in maintenance
- HVAC experience is preferred but not necessary
- Appliance repair experience is preferred but not necessary
- You must have your own tools
- A current driver's license and auto insurance
- Possessing a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Being able to work one weekend day and participate in after-hours calls
- Having good written and vocal English communication skills
