Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of rehabilitation nursing experience, be familiar with bedside blood glucose testing, and demonstrate strong patient assessment and care coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and document assessments and interventions.
- Perform bedside blood glucose testing.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Allscripts EMR system.
- Follow established nursing standards, safety protocols, and facility policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) State license.
- Minimum of 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- NIHSS certification/course completion through APEX only.
- Familiarity with bedside blood glucose testing.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and self-schedule.
- Willingness to wear navy blue scrubs.
Compensation & Schedule

- Schedule: Self-scheduling available
