About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manager Trainee to join our convenience store chain in Ware Shoals, SC. This entry-level position is designed to develop future store managers by providing hands-on experience and comprehensive training in all aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Support store managers in supervising and motivating store staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational, and business management skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with cash handling, sales reporting, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong interest in retail management and leadership development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
