Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with 1-2 years of experience in First-Party Property Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. This position will support attorneys in managing and advancing property & casualty litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are current, accurate, and readily accessible.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and document preparation.
- Drafting and Filing: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
- Discovery Support: Assist attorneys in managing discovery processes, including gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant case materials.
- Trial Preparation: Coordinate trial logistics, create trial binders, and manage exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related documents.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in 1st party property/property & casualty litigation.
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- Willing to meet the in-office daily requirement
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
