Duties & Responsibilities
- Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
- Perform a three-way match of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Resolve discrepancies with internal departments
- Maintain accurate vendor files
- Respond to requests from key business partners and internal and external auditors
- Support automation efforts to drive efficiencies, enhanced controls, and improved accuracy
- Perform other functions as needed
Qualifications & Skills
REQUIRED
- 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Team player with an outstanding attitude
PREFERRED
- Three-way match processing
- Experience with an ERP system (we are transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Business Central, so you'll gain exposure to both)
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
