WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of professional experience as a housekeeper supervisor, ideally in a senior care facility
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent work ethic and close attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, medical-grade cleaning methods, infection control techniques, and commercial sanitation/hygiene standards
- Ability to use cleaning equipment such as carpet and flooring cleaners
- Ability to push/lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk, stand, and work in a bent position for extended periods
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Our Housekeeping Supervisor is in charge of maintaining a clean, organized, and - most importantly - safe environment for our elderly residents. This role combines leadership and hands-on responsibilities, as you'll lead a team in cleaning apartments and communal spaces while following all OSHA standards and wearing all PPE. You'll make sure our residents have clean spaces, completing thorough, high-quality work in a timely manner. As you clean the senior care facility, you'll take good care of your equipment, minimize supply waste and spills, and treat the residents' property respectfully.
