Housekeeping Supervisor

Skilled Nursing Facility | Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in the Las Vegas area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations throughout the facility.

• Train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.

• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures, OSHA requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Maintain adequate cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.

• Work closely with facility leadership to address housekeeping needs and maintain a safe environment.

• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating housekeeping employees.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care facility, or healthcare setting preferred.

• Prior supervisory or management experience required.

• Knowledge of infection control practices and healthcare sanitation standards.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage staff, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
