We are growing and currently looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team either in Spokane, WA, or Hayden, ID. Position Summary: This role combines Accounts Payable responsibilities with office administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both financial accuracy and helping keep operations running smoothly.
Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and assist with month-end tasks
- Support daily office operations, including phones, scheduling, and general admin duties
- Assist with organization, data entry, and team support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience in construction, HVAC, or service industry preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
