As a Med Aide (CMA/ QMA) you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will to ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead. The CMA/ QMA safeguards the health, safety and welfare of all residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
