Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Deliver high-quality therapy services in accordance with professional standards and physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes.
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and goals.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist (PT)
- Current state Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- CPR certification preferred.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Current state Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- CPR certification preferred.
