What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Painter position at Legacy Health Services?
The Painter must be able to plan, organize and complete painting of resident’s rooms and public areas in a fully functional skilled nursing facility. Performs interior and exterior repairs.
Essential Functions and Qualifications:
Our Painter will need reliable transportation to and from all LHS Facilities. Mileage will be reimbursed following our travel policy.
- The necessary skills will include but are not limited to painting, repairing/replacing dry wall and wallpaper.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Monitor and organize inventory, prep for scheduled painting related jobs
- Complete work orders associated with resident requests or renovations in a timely and professional manner
- Strong communication skills
- Good hands-on people skills
- Education and Experience:
- High school or equivalent
- Trade school or vocational school or equivalent experience perferred
