Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions, orders, and requests
- Monitor and clear voicemails promptly throughout the day
- Enter customer orders accurately into the company system
- Verify order details, pricing, and product availability
- Place product orders with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Communicate order updates and shipping information to customers
- Maintain organized records of customer and vendor communications
- Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills.
Pay
- $20-25/hour
Work Schedule
- Sunday 10am to 3:30pm (Time and a Half)
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 9 AM to 4 PM
- Proven experience in customer service, office administration, or clerical roles with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone etiquette skills and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with Sage 100, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry procedures preferred.
