Responsibilities
- Pull, load, deliver, clean and maintain rentals correctly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate our software systems to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating with customers delivery and pick-up times
- Be on time, wear company shirt, pay attention to detail, communicate and follow the SOPs
- Help improve the business as a whole while improving your skills and abilities as a person
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through our cleaning procedures of rental items
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with deliveries, pick-ups, loading and unloading.
- Hauling trailers and maintaining trucks and trailers
- Assist in training new team members on the software system and other SOPs
Requirements
- Previous experience in the event industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CRM software systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards
- Posses a current drivers license
- Knowledge of hauling trailers is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
