Legacy Coop is looking for a**full-time**friendly, detail-oriented**Customer Service Representatives**to join our administrative team Scottsbluff, NE. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to phone and walk-in customers,process customer payments, and answer account-related questions.This position is **on-site/in person ONLY** so the ideal candidate lives in or around**Scottsbluff, Nebraska**.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Assist customers by phone or in-person with questions regarding their statements, patronage, equity, etc.Troubleshoot questions for customers by doing required research.
- Set up new customer accounts including patronage, charge, and fuel and make appropriate cards for accounts and the customer.
- File and store essential records and paperwork as directed
- Support office staff with general clerical duties including directing in-coming calls and walk-in customer traffic
- Balance cash drawers daily
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related experience or training
- Working computer knowledge and use ofMicrosoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Accuracy and speed are essential.
- Ability to learn new computer software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
