The Opportunity

As a member of the Design and Construction team you will have the opportunity to participate in the development process and be a part of a growing company. Candidates that enjoy problem solving and are interested in growing professionally will fit in well with our company and the culture. We are seeking a BIM/CAD Technician who will assist in schematic design drawings, architectural site plans, full construction drawings, as-built drawings, etc.

What You’ll Do
- As built drawings
- Production of construction drawings
- Architectural site plans
- Plan review of tenant drawings
- Marketing drawings
- Leasing drawings
- Coordination with design consultants
What You Bring
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Understanding of Model Code Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with architects and/or civil engineers
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred but not required
