What Your Day Will Look Like
- Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Conduct periodic site visits to portfolio properties
- Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property owners
- Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- All other duties as assigned or necessary to fulfill management obligations
- Minimum 3 years property management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Position is in our Brentwood, TN office, 5 days per week
- Financial acumen required; must be able to review, understand, and compute building P&Ls, CAM Caps, etc.
- Experience with MRI or YARDI software strongly preferred
- A proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
