Job Description:

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will use your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and trained product knowledge to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Face-to-Face Engagement: Work in our stores with our customers, utilizing sales and marketing strategies to inform customers of our products and pique their interest.working with them to ensure their needs are met!.
• Problem Solving: Manage any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and integrity, working with the customers and your team to find new solutions to niche customer needs.
• Sales: Use your excellent customer service and knowledge of our products to match customers with the right products and services for them, driving sales with innovative solutions and relationship-building.
• Adapting and Collaborating: Work closely with your team to keep up with new products, ensuring you are always equipped to handle customer questions.
• Customer Service: Bring excellent customer service when in our stores, able to ensure that our customers are informed on our products, matched with the correct services, and leave happy and satisfied.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience (3 months).
• Interest in Sales or Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to learn new products and promotions quickly.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth oriented with a passion for helping others.
• Punctual with Reliable Transportation
• GED or High School Diploma.
