Customer Engagement Specialist

Legacy Clark is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist who will be at the forefront of creating positive customer interactions and driving sales in our retail stores by using excellent communication, cohesive product knowledge, and individualized marketing strategies to build new customer accounts that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Understand and explain our offered products and services to interested customers, sharing our promotions and offers that could benefit them.
• Relationship-Building: Develop relationships with our customers to increase our engagement while creating positive experiences for them in our store.
• Creative Thinking: Work with our customers to understand their needs and create personalized service packages that ensure their needs are being met.
• Drive Sales: Utilize sales and marketing strategies while collaborating with your team to meet sales goals and continue to expand clientele.
• Problem Solving: Manage inquiries from customers, questions, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude!

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience (1 years)
• Interest in Sales and Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a professional environment.
• Adaptable in new situations and can handle them with professionalism.
• Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to learn new products and promotions quickly.
• Punctual with Reliable Transportation.

What we offer:

• Base pay of $14-$19/hour, plus uncapped commission, (paid weekly).
