Dispensary Store Manager

• Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance our mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
• Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees.
• Ordering of products from Vendors for the retail locations, monitoring inventory
• Implement policies and ensure staff follows best practices.
• Oversee and manage product inventory and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations.
• Manage financial records and cash handling procedures.
• Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
• Provide education and development for staff
• Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them.
• Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling.
• Serve as an ambassador to the local community.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in retail management role (preferably cannabis)
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to effectively recruit, train, and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with interviewing and hiring new employees.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
