Dispensary Assistant Manager
- Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance our mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Assist in managing, supervising and direct the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees.
- Assist in ordering of products from Vendors for the retail locations, monitoring inventory
- Assist in implementing policies and ensure staff follows best practices.
- Oversee and manage product inventory and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations.
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures.
- Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
- Provide education and development for staff
- Assist in setting sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them.
- Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling.
- Serve as an ambassador to the local community.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 1 years experience in retail management role (preferably cannabis)
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to effectively recruit, train, and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with interviewing and hiring new employees.
Requirements:
- Open schedule availability 7 days a week
- Available Nights, Weekends & Holidays
