Manufacturing Welder/General Shop Labor

We serve a diverse range of industries, providing innovative building solutions for applications such as agricultural buildings, sports complexes, aviation facilities, and more. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our Manufacturing Plant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Loading/unloading of materials
• Steel processing
• Welding; GMAC, steel and aluminum
• Assists in the preparation of materials to be shipped to construction sites
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production area to storage or other designated areas
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style or product code
• Forklift operation safely and responsibly
• Machine Operation of robotic tube plasma and saw line
• Cleans work area, machines, tools and equipment
• Operate power equipment, including power tools
• Perform other duties as necessary

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Welding Certificate
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Needs to be mechanically inclined and with experience with using hand tools
• Positive attitude and team player
• Effective communication skills and ability to take direction
• Ability for cross training in other areas of the plant.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
