The Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our New York team.
This is not a passive account management role.
This is face-to-face. High interaction. High accountability.
You’ll be responsible for representing client brands, managing customer relationships, and driving new business through direct engagement. You’ll also be trained in how to manage accounts, retain customers, and build long-term value.
If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, or any people-facing role — this is where those skills start to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent client brands in face-to-face customer interactions
- Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience from first contact through ongoing support
- Build trust quickly in fast-paced environments
- Track performance and work toward weekly and monthly targets
- Participate in daily team training focused on sales, communication, and leadership
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator — confident speaking to new people daily
- Competitive mindset — you like to win and improve
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Background in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, events, or similar is a plus)
- Professional, reliable, and able to work full-time in NYC
