Key Responsibilities
- Support order entry and processing activities, ensuring all orders are processed accurately, completely, and on time.
- Enter, customize, and release orders through various customer portals and internal systems, adhering to each client's specific formatting, routing, and data requirements
- Retrieve, process, and track incoming orders across multiple platforms, validating data integrity at each step before submission
- Apply account-specific customizations — including labeling preferences, PO formatting, shipping instructions, and product configurations — consistently and accurately
- Perform thorough quality checks on all entered data, cross-referencing source documents to catch and correct discrepancies before they reach fulfillment
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners in a timely, professional manner to clarify order details, confirm specifications, and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor and respond to a high volume of emails with urgency and professionalism, triaging requests to ensure nothing is missed or delayed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure strong data integrity across all systems, with a high standard for completeness and consistency
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, errors, or delays, supporting resolution in partnership with senior team members
- Manage multiple priorities across daily tasks and workflows, adjusting quickly as volume and deadlines shift throughout the day
- Adapt to evolving client requirements and system updates, following updated processes and documentation
Qualifications and Skills
