General Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role supports and enhances Yardi Voyager and related platforms while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in property management systems, with a strong ability to translate business needs into system improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Yardi Voyager and related modules (RentCafe, Payment Processing, Concierge, etc.)
- Gather and document business requirements; develop functional specifications
- Lead testing efforts (UAT, system upgrades, enhancements) to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Monitor and manage the Yardi support queue, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for system updates, implementations, and integrations
- Assist with property acquisitions, new lease setups, migrations, and post-conversion reviews
- Develop reports, documentation, and user procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–4 years of Yardi Voyager experience
- Property management experience preferred
- Experience in a helpdesk or systems support environment
Skills
- Strong SQL experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
