Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of the residential portfolio.
- Assist with preparation of property and portfolio level reports.
- Support Property Management, Accounting, in the preparation of budgets, financial reviews, and capital plans
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting to the Organization’s Partners.
- Develop customized reports supporting corporate initiatives by managing the collection of cost information and tracking utility consumption on a daily and monthly basis
- Assist with implementation of system enhancements and other special projects as needed.
- Enter purchase orders and track spending in the portfolio.
- Keep management via regular status reporting on key operating metrics and project completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
- 2-3 years of experience at a Real Estate, Brokerage, Private Equity, or Consulting firm is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Yardi a plus
