Manufacturing Associate – Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Location: Backyard Buddy – Warren, OH

Backyard Buddy, a trusted name in automotive lift manufacturing, is hiring a Manufacturing Associate/Driver. This hands-on role combines manufacturing work in a busy plant with driving responsibilities for pickups, deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual who wants to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machines and equipment safely (training provided)
• Read and follow instructions, drawings, and work orders
• Use tape measures, squares, hand tools, and power tools
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks
• Perform pickups and deliveries using company vehicles
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and ensure safe transport of materials
• Keep work areas and plant clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety rules and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
