Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cincinnati, OH. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for order entry, resolving issues, job shipment scheduling and assisting other sales staff. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails and providing support to customers.
