We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Vice President of Finance & Accounting to lead the company's financial operations and support continued growth. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting, with a strong emphasis on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, inventory management, costing, pricing, and operational decision support.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
- Oversee inventory accounting and valuation, ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 8 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, product costing, and pricing analysis.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks; ERP implementation or migration experience is highly desirable.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
