Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing real estate investment firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. This role will report to the director of acquisitions and will be a key player in underwriting new deals, assisting with development, and various related financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, develop detailed knowledge of targeted markets and present to senior management
- Create financial models and discounted cashflows for new acquisitions
- Underwrite commercial and other real estate asset classes
- Assist with investor reporting
- Create waterfall models
- Various related responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (masters preferred)
- 3-5 years of related real estate underwriting experience
- Strong experience in financial modeling (Argus and Excel preferred)
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
