Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Workforce Planning: Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs, build scalable people processes, and drive succession planning.
- Employee & Labor Relations: Resolve complex workplace grievances, mitigate organizational risk, and guide managers through sensitive performance or disciplinary issues.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure company-wide policies adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Total Rewards: Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance review cycles.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee the recruiting lifecycle, onboard top talent, and develop continuous learning and development programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, alongside 8 years of progressive HR experience.
- Certifications: Industry-standard certifications like SHRM are highly preferred. [
- Hard Skills: In-depth knowledge of HR metrics, employment legislation, ATS platforms, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
