Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to advance HR objectives and overall business goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and oversee contracts with external vendors and organizations.
- Design the HR team structure, define roles, and implement performance management systems with clear KPIs and development plans.
- Oversee recruiting partnerships, performance metrics, and end-to-end performance management processes.
- Create and maintain effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Serve as the primary liaison with legal counsel on complex matters and use data to enhance employee engagement.
- Monitor changes in federal, state, and local employment laws and ensure policies remain current.
- Track compliance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the development of HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 13 years of progressive HR experience, including 6 years in a management role with proven expertise in talent acquisition, compliance, and employee relations.
- Hands-on experience managing HR across multiple states and deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
