Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex financial, operational, and business datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to support business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, evaluate business performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate financial results and business insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms and financial analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, business analytics, or related experience.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, or data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or a highly regulated industry is preferred.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
