PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
Exciting opportunity in South Florida! Large private equity with regional offices in Miami, is looking for a Staff Accountant. In this position you will see full cycle accounting and work with an experienced accounting team. The position is looking for someone that has at least 1 year of accounting experience but not more than 2. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of debits and credits and will be eager to develop this role and their career in fast growing and fast paced environment. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- At least 12 months of corporate accounting experience
- Experience working with YARDI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel use
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
