A growing law firm is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to support its Plaintiff Personal Injury practice. This position can be based in either Miami or Tampa and requires an experienced litigation professional who can manage cases from the litigation phase through resolution while communicating effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain litigation files
- Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery
- Coordinate court filings and monitor litigation deadlines
- Assist with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
- Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation events
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors in both English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate case documentation and provide case status updates
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Recent Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience required
- Experience supporting attorneys through the litigation process
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters simultaneously
