The Specifics of the position
- Take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Partner closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Manage case files, calendars, and critical deadlines like a pro
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Request, track, and organize medical records and billing documentation
- Assist with settlement packages and provide support through pre-litigation and litigation phases
You should have this under your belt
- 4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Personal Injury
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Solid understanding of PI workflows, terminology, and case lifecycle
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who can handle clients and stakeholders professionally
- Tech-savvy with legal case management software and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive under deadlines

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
