This role requires an in-office presence for day-to-day operations, team meetings, and collaboration. The position reports directly to the Director of Revenue Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee billing operations for the Dallas office, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client guidelines and firm policies.
- Direct and support revenue cycle processes, including billing, e-billing, and collections.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with billing attorneys and staff.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to office leadership and Revenue Management leadership.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Billing Supervisor and revenue management staff.
- Partner with leadership to recommend process enhancements for greater accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs related to revenue, including rates, volume discounts, and e-billing charges.
- Collaborate with attorneys to address aged receivables, billing disputes, and collection issues.
- Drive initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce write-offs.
- Participate in hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of team members.

Education & Experience

Technology
- Expert knowledge of Aderant (highly preferred).
- Experience with Elite or 3E acceptable.
- Familiarity with e-billing platforms such as Ebilling Hub or Bill-Blast.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
