Key Responsibilities
- Process new hires in Workday, including data entry, document collection, and system updates to ensure accurate employee records.
- Submit background checks and coordinate reference verifications for candidates, following up to resolve any issues promptly.
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for hiring managers and candidates.
- Support orientation and onboarding tasks, such as preparing welcome packets, scheduling sessions, and guiding new hires through their first week.
- Maintain recruitment tracking, update applicant status, and assist with compliance reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team on ad-hoc projects, such as job postings and candidate sourcing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Entry-level or 0-1 year in HR/recruiting; familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS a plus.
- Education: Recent Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; current students welcome if available for full-time hours.
- Skills:
