Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, service requests, order status updates, and account questions
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within company systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently
- Follow up with customers regarding open issues and ensure timely resolution
- Provide support for billing inquiries, scheduling requests, and service-related concerns
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Meet established performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and productivity
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM software and customer management systems preferred
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
