A CSA in wealth management provides crucial administrative and operational support to financial advisors, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, handling account maintenance, processing transactions (money movement, transfers), preparing meeting materials (reports, analyses), managing documentation, and ensuring smooth, compliant operations so advisors can focus on financial planning and client relationships. They are the "operational anchor," ensuring high-quality client experiences through proactive service, problem-solving, and maintaining detailed records.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Responding to inquiries, addressing issues, handling requests for balances/quotes, managing communication between clients and service providers.
- Account Management: Processing new account openings, transfers, closures, funding, and maintaining client information in CRM systems.
- Meeting & Reporting Support: Preparing reports, investment analyses, financial plans, and other documents for client meetings.
- Operational Support: Handling paperwork, managing electronic/physical files, processing checks, organizing, and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Proactive Service: Anticipating client needs, identifying issues requiring escalation, and supporting advisors in delivering comprehensive service.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication (written/verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and financial planning platforms.
- Understanding of investment products (stocks, bonds, etc.) and financial services regulations.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
