Responsibilities
- Review account opening documentation for completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process fund distributions, asset movements, and other client account transactions.
- Support Financial Advisors with day-to-day client service and operational needs.
- Provide product and account information to existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client service and operational matters.
- Provide guidance regarding internal procedures and account processes.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and maintain accurate client and account information.
- Handle additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Experience with brokerage systems or financial services applications.
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are a plus.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
