Exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm as a billing specialist. This position will be responsible for preparation of invoices and interact with clients. Great benefits and culture. Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Process bills and invoices
  • e-billing
  • Answer billing questions
  • Oversee complex billing issues
  • Various related special projects

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of prior billing experience with a law firm
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with Aderant or 3E/Elite a plus
