Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client that is looking for an Acquisitions Analyst for their growing company.
- Build, maintain, and review detailed financial models to evaluate project feasibility, pricing, yields, and risk.
- Support management of the acquisitions pipeline from initial screening through executed Letter of Intent (LOI).
- Analyze proposed LIHTC equity investments.
- Prepare internal deal summaries, investment memoranda, and materials for investment committee and senior management review.
- Evaluate market studies, appraisals, third-party reports, and sponsor financial capacity
- Coordinate with internal teams (acquisitions, underwriting, investor relations, credit, legal) throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or Economics
- 3-5 years of LIHTC, affordable housing, or real estate investment experience
